Return/refund Policy
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase on prints and original paintings provided the following circumstances.
- Send notice of intent to return said artwork to email: marcoseridoartist@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
- The purchased artwork must be returned in the condition it was received.
- Upon receiving the artwork in it’s original condition, we will gladly grant a refund to the account from which the artwork was purchased.
- No returns or refunds will be issued for work that is returned damaged without prior notification and assessment of the damage; or if the return notification period of 30 days has elapsed.
- Refunds will not be issued without return of the originally purchased piece.
Damaged Goods Policy
If you receives a product that is in damaged condition please send a notification via email to marcoseridoartist@gmail.com as soon as you notice the damage with the following information.
- A description and photo of the damage.
- Intent for refund or replacement (original works can not be replaced).
- We will assess the damage on a case by case basis to determine the eligibility of a full refund or in some cases, an appropriate refund amount.
- Please return damaged artwork to be eligible for a full refund including return shipping.
Lost Goods
From time to time, items are lost in the mail, and as such, refunds on lost or missing goods will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
- Delivery timeline and status will be reviewed.
- A review of fraudulent or negligent activity will take place.
- A reason for or against the refund will be relayed to the purchaser.
- A refund or replacement will be provided following due process provided the loss was not due to negligence or fraud on the part of the purchaser.
Delivery Time
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for prints to be delivered due to slower production and shipping times as a result of Covid-19. All original works will be delivered within 7-10 business days of receiving full payment. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of, but not limited to; environmental hazards, production delays, payment issues, illness, and any number of other circumstances not explicitly listed.

Free shipping is available on all products when shipped within the continental United States
Additional Sizes
If you don’t see a print product in a size you’d like, please email your inquiry to marcoseridoartist@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you with pricing and availability ASAP.

- Your credit card information is secured using a PCI-compliant credit card processor (Square) and is never stored on our databases.
- Your personal information will never be sold or transferred and is used only for approved transactional purposes.
- If you have provided an email address you may receive periodic updates to our product listing, seasonal information, or changes to the terms of use or private policy.
- Your email address may be used to send information regarding your delivery and/or order status.
- We will never give away or sell your email address to third parties.
- Your shipping information is kept secure and is never shared with anyone but our printing/drop shipping partner for delivery purposes only.
- Some purchases will be delivered from our printing/drop shipping partner who will only use the address provided for delivery purposes.
Terms of Use
- Artwork purchased can not be used for any commercial, personal, or political purposes unless explicit written permission from Marco Serido has been granted, or you purchased a limited commercial license for the artwork.
- Credit for the artwork should always be granted to Marco Serido when displayed in a prominent public location.
- Artwork should not be duplicated, reproduced, or used in any way, other than with permission for educational or informational purposes.
- The license for duplication of both original and print work remains the sole property of the artist. (Marco Serido)
- Re-Sale of original artwork or original print work is allowed given proper credit and citation of the Artist, Marco Serido.
- Edits, alterations, composites, or samples of the artwork purchased are subject to the same terms of use of the original work or art print.
- Digital reproductions of the artwork for personal gain or profit are not allowed.
- We encourage you to share your newly purchased artwork on digital media with proper citation using one of the following labels:
